Please Note: You have 90 days from the date of purchase to register your warranty.

Very Important: The Entrypad AND Lock serial numbers MUST be entered to qualify for our Consumer Purchase Warranty Program.

Here is a list of the items you will need to begin the registration process:

1. The Blue Serial Number that is affixed to the back of the EntryPad. See Fig. 1
2. The Blue Serial Number that is affixed to the back of the Lock Body. See Fig. 2

Please Note: The retailer may have removed these labels and enclosed them with your warranty registration card that came with your safe lock.

3. A photo or scanned image (jpg or pdf) of your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase.
